Refund Policy

Production: Wire Frames are standard or generic sizes ( standard A to DDD , backpacks, collars , headpieces , leg pieces). Frame choice and gems approval are final , no changes after bras, headpieces , tiaras & wings are welded and material are bought. No refund once the order starts ( i.e welding stocking or gems or production), must agree to the terms and conditions in writing. *after approval there are no changes. Any changes after the item is completed is additional cost.

Shipping: The seller is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, flight delays, customs inspections, or any other carrier-related issues. Once your order has been shipped, transit times are determined solely by the shipping carrier.
